Fantasy Date Contest

Brendan will pick a male winner and Alana will pick a female winner from a pool of candidates who are members of SoulSingles.com.

Brendan and Alana will sift through thousands of ember profiles searching for the most complete, reative and interesting male and female member profiles. We will arrange these fantasy dates which will include:

It’s simple. Answer as many profile questions as possible, upload at least one photo and click on the "Click to Enter" button. You will then automatically be entered to win an all-expense paid fantasy date.

Winners will be announced on December 6th.

1. ELIGIBILITY:
The SoulSingles.com Win A Fantasy Date Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to people who: (a) are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia and Canada; ( b) are eighteen (18) years or older at the time of entry with a valid source of identification to corroborate said age; (c) have internet access as of October 12, 2005 and (d) complete in full the member profile and including a true, accurate and current photo of themselves in said member profile. Employees, agents, principals and independent contractors of World Singles, LLC, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

2. SPONSOR:
The Sweepstakes is sponsored by SoulSingles.com, a subsidiary of World Singles, LLC, 12030 Gatewater Drive, Potomac, MD 20854 (“Sponsor”).

3. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES:
Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules. Winning the Fantasy Date (the “Prize”) is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein in a timely manner.

4. ENTRY PERIOD:
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time on October 14, 2005 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on December 4, 2005 (the “Entry Period”). Entries received prior to or after the Entry Period will be disqualified.

5. ENTRY:
To enter the Sweepstakes, visit www.SoulSingles.com, create and complete a member profile, include your photos(s) and fill out an online entry form. Once you submit the entry form, you will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) entry per person. Subsequent entries will be void. Any entries attempted through the use of agencies or robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed, or similar methods will be void.

6. SELECTION OF THE POTENTIAL WINNER:
On or about December, 2005, Sponsor, Fantasy Date participants, Alana Beard and Brendan Haywood, will select one (1) potential male and female winner from all entries received. Decisions are final. Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winner within 24 hours of the drawing. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within 24 hours of the drawing after the first attempt to contact them, an alternate potential winner will be selected in their place from all entries received. The time of the Fantasy Date will be scheduled for a mutually convenient time for the potential winner and Fantasy Date participants (Alana Beard and Brendan Haywood).

7. REQUIREMENTS OF THE POTENTIAL WINNER:
Except where prohibited, the potential winner will be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release (the “Affidavit-Release”) within seven (7) days of being notified. As part of said affidavit, the potential winner will be required to attest that all member information, including photos posted on SoulSingles.com for purposes of the Sweepstakes are current, true, genuine and accurate representations of the potential winner. If the potential winner fails to sign and return the Affidavit-Release within the required time period, an alternate couple may be selected in their place in a random drawing of all entries received.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS:
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, virus or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper play of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. In the event of a dispute as to any online entry, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address.

9. RELEASE:
By receipt of a prize, winner agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.

10. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:
The Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants or printing errors; (b) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Sweepstakes; (c) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to electronic malfunctioning of any network, hardware or software; (d) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (e) lost, delayed, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; or (f) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt of any prize.

11. DISPUTES:
Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (a) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in District of Columbia; (b) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering a Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (c) entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the District of Columbia.
